Navratri Celebration : 2019 - 2020

Every state has its uniqueness and Gujarat is known for land of colour and garba. On 4th October, 2019 Navratri celebration as well as Garba competition was organizes for the students (Std. I to VIII), teachers and staff. To add more essence, live garba singers were invited. To grace this occasion, all the dignitaries of school and esteem judges were present. Students, teachers, staff and entire management dressed themselves in beautiful and traditional attire. A light snakes was organized for teachers and staff by Sir Jiral Shah. Best costume and best performers from each standard were felicitated with trophies. It was a day of fun and frolic.

The festival of Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated on 4th September, 2019 in school premises for the fifth consecutive year with great pomp and show. The theme was “संकटनाशक गणेश” which depicted that Lord Ganesh had come to our doorsteps to remove all the hurdles. The stage decoration focused on selfless service done by NDRF team. The theme and stage decoration had got 21 thousand likes on ‘Our Vadodara Page’ and a renouned news channel ‘Aaj Tak’ had come for its coverage. The honorable Chief Guest Mr. R. K. Mishra (Deputy Commandant 6NDRF) had appreciated the theme and overall program. Under the able guidance of Sir Jiral Shah and other dignitaries, the program turned out to be a memorable event.

The first day of the school fills the air with excitement for the students. To welcome them, all heads were present at the gate and teachers were in their respective classrooms.

Thus, Science fair was organized in the premises of Bright School. Brightians got an opportunity and a platform to express their ideas in concise and lucid manner in form of models and charts. Audience saw number of unique models, made by students. One of the most anxiously awaited occasion in any school is its annual day, Bright School, Ambalal Bhavan celebrated its annual function on 16th February, 2019. Brightains paid their Salutation to the renowned personalities of Bollywood industry. The event commenced with the lighting the lamp by our honourable director Sir Jiral Shah. Students showcased their talents through an array of entertaining programs. Prizes for academics and other co-curricular activities were distributed by honourable Chairman Sir Jayendrabhai Shah. Principal mam Kumkum Biswas presented the annual report. Vote of thanks conveyed by our supervisor Mam Varsha Padhya. The event concluded with every glittering Brightians, carrying a feeling of happiness and achievement within themselves.

Bright School, Ambalal Bhavan organized a gala event ‘Annual Sports Day’ where young Brightians rocked the ground with tremendous competitive spirit and sportsmanship. The event was a fine blend of some cultural programs. The glittering ceremony was witnessed by the presence of eminent personality Mam Saraswati Rajput as a chief guest. She is the senior joint secretory of Master Games Federation of India. She has received numerous accolades in her career. Honourable Chief and our respected director Sir Jiral Shah declared the sports meet open by releasing the balloons. Principal mam Kumkum, Supervisor mam Varsha and other dignitaries were also present.

A science exhibition was organized in our school premises by Gujarat Council of Education Research & Training (GCERT), Gandhinagar. More than 40 schools had taken part in this exhibition. Students from various schools express their ideas in concise and lucid manner in from of models & displays. Guest of honour Dr. Jivraj Chauhan, Deputy Mayor and Chief Guest Dr. Dharmendra Shah, professor of M.S. University were impressed with the models & emphasized on reuse and recycling. Liaison officer Dr. Sanjay Shah & Kunjan Shah appreciated students for their innovative ideas. On this event our honourable Chairman Shri Jayendrabhai Shah, Director Shri Jiral Shah and other dignitaries were present. Models with scientific approach captivated the viewers.

“Ganesh Chaturthi’ Celebration was organized in the premises of Bright School with great enthusiasm. Lord Ganesha was welcome by enchanting ‘Ganpati Bappa Moriya’. The stage was decorated with the theme ‘Bal Ganesh Kridangan’ where Brightians paid tribute to all winners of the Asian Games. A cultural programme was also organized to make this celebration more zealous. Audience were overwhelmed with the decoration and performances. “Teachers shape the character, caliber and future of an individual’. Hence Teachers Day was celebrated with great pride and zeal. Students of Std. VI to VIII presented a cultural program on that day. Our honourable director Sir Jiral Shah delivered a motivational speech and also performed melodious songs. To honour the teachers a card as well as a badge were gifted to them. At last a light refreshment was organized for the teachers by honourable director Sir Jiral Shah.

The main aim was to raise awareness and ignite a passion for fitness and yoga among the students. Bright school, Ambalal Unit celebrated its most awaited Annual Fest on 24th March’ 2018. The Annual function was woven around the theme “NAVKRANTI”. The function was commenced with lighting the lamp by our honourable director Shri Jiral Shah. To grace this occasion honourable Chairman Shri Jayendrabhai Shah was also present. Our H.M. Mam Kumkum, Supervisor Mam Varsha and other dignitories. accompanied them. The main attraction of the event was the depiction of child labour and value system of our society. Secondary section paid a tribute to martyrs of 26/11. The eye catching dances and melodious songs of 80’s enthralled all. Students were felicitated with prizes for their excellence in academic and extra curricular activities. Brightians did not leave any stone unturned to display their talent. Audience were overwhelmed and spellbound to see the performance. The day turned a memorable one and was full of gaiety.

Brightians welcomed Lord Ganesh and installed lord, followed by Aarti. A cultural programme was also organized. Parents were overwhelmed by seeing the decoration and performances. The theme ‘Social Media Cha Raja’ was appreciated by all spectators. The function was graced by honourable Chief Guest Dr. Jivraj Chauhan (Former Deputy Chairman of Primary School, Vadodara). Honorable Chairman Sir Jayendrabahi Shah, Principal Mam Shobha Rajpurohit and other dignitaries were also present to grace this occasion. Students of Bright School reflected their talents through an array of entertaining programmes by using different props and themes which enthralled the audience. Our H.M. Mam Kumkum Biswas presented the annual report highlighting the achievements of the school. Prizes for proficiency in academics and other co-curricular activities were also distributed. Honorable chief Guest Ms. Ranjanben Bhatt (MP) conveyed her best wishes as she was unable to attend the programme due to her illness. Vote of thanks was conveyed by our supervisor Mam Varsha Padhya. The event concluded with every glittering Brightian, carrying a feeling of happiness and achievement within themselves.

Our supervisor Mam Varsha presented a lovely song in her sweet voice. A brunch was organized for the teachers by honorable director Sir Jiral Shah.
